It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Jeffrey Johnson, affectionately known as JJ, who died at home on 31st May 2025, aged 71.
JJ was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, and a dear friend to many. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A valued member of the CIBC community, JJ served on the committee as League Secretary and, alongside his wife Jenny, helped organise our New Year’s Eve parties and Potters trips.
JJ’s funeral will be held at Colchester Creamtorium on Monday July 21st at 10.45am then onto CIBC for the wake.
